Yiwu Fair has been held for 13 successive years since 1995. It is held in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province from October 21 to 25 every year. The Yiwu Fair, as a highly internationalized and informative event with excellent services and security, has become one of the largest, most influential and most productive commodities fairs in China. It has become the third largest exhibition sponsored by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, ranking only next to the China Import and Export Fair in Guangzhou and the East China Fair in Shanghai. The Fair was honored as China’s Best Managed Exhibition in 2005, one of the 2006 Top Ten Exhibitions in China, China’s Best-Outcome Exhibition in 2006, and the 2007 Top Quality Exhibition in Yangtze River Delta in China.
•Large Scale
With 4,500 booths in an exhibition area of 100,000 square meters, the Fair will attract more than 2,500 domestic and foreign enterprises.
•Highly Internationalized
Overseas and foreign enterprises from more than 20 countries and regions will participate in the Fair, accounting for more than 20% of total.
•Abundant Trading Opportunities
The index for overseas trading opportunity of the Fair has reached 3.89, ranking only behind the China Import and Export Fair in Guangzhou and the East China Fair in Shanghai. Yiwu Fair has thus become one of the largest, most influential and productive commodities fairs in China.
•Large Number of Traders
It is estimated that over 110,000 professional traders will visit the Fair, including 17,000 foreign traders and 80 trade groups from overseas.
•Perfect Services
Customer Center will be established during the Fair to provide customer-oriented services such as consultation, booking and translation. The total number of service staff will be more than 2,000.
